Access to the attic Gîte is independent and accessible by an outside staircase.
The kitchen is equipped (coffee maker, kettle, gas cooker, gas oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, crockery and dishwasher).
In the same room is a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed BZ and an 80 cm television.
In this "gîte" formula, breakfast is not included.
The bedroom has 4 beds: 1 bed 140*190cm and 1 trundle bed: (2 beds of 90*190cm, one of which fits under the other and they can also be put side by side).
It is also equipped with duvets, bolsters and pillows.
Bed linen and towels are not included, however I offer a kit per person at an additional cost.
Bathroom
The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a mirror and a washing machine. The toilet is located in the bathroom.
You can enjoy garden furniture and use the barbecue.
Wi-Fi access is free (powered by fiber optic network).
You can also settle on the entire property of 1.7 hectares.

On arrival we make an inventory and I will ask you for 1 deposit.
Cleaning is not included, however I offer a cleaning fee in addition.
The tourist tax is not included.
Animals are accepted with a supplement to be paid on site.

Presentation :
In unspoiled nature, Cécile opens her guest house with friendliness and simplicity, a renovated 18th century farmhouse located 6 km from Aubusson (International City of Tapestry). I offer 5 very comfortable rooms (from 2 to 4 people) and a gîte for 5/6 people with the possibility of dining on site. Relaxation is guaranteed around our secure swimming pool (5mx10m) as on all of our property. You have the opportunity to play petanque, to go for a walk to the river "La Creuse" or to plan hikes ..

If you want to live differently, if you need to rediscover the quality of life of a privileged space without going to the end of the world, rediscover the happiness of taking the time to live,or to go fishing, to cycle, to walk in this nature, then come and visit our beautiful region in Creuse, Cécile welcomes you with pleasure all year round.
Breakfast and dinner in the dining room:
In our house, breakfast and dinner will be served in the common dining room for all guests. It has a pellet stove, a bar and a relaxation area.
Breakfast is included in the bed and breakfast nightly rate.
Dinner (starter, main course, cheeses, dessert, drinks) made with local and homemade products , is available by reservation at the price of 25 euros per adult and 12 euros for children up to 12 years old. An aperitif is offered to you.
Evening boards are also offered. A picnic basket can also be prepared for lunch on reservation.
For the occupants of the gîtes who cannot dine at the table d'hôtes (cf.regulations), I offer you the take-out meal (starter, main course, cheese, dessert - excluding drinks), at 20 euros per adult and 10 euros per child up to 12 years old.
Accommodation:
You can settle in one of our rooms located in a farmhouse annexed to our house.

. 1 - Le Refuge: 1 bed of 140*190 with private shower room, WC and TV and wifi.
. 2 - Le Buron: 2 beds of 90*190 with private shower room, WC and TV and wifi.
. 3 - The Country House: 1 bed of 140*190, private shower room, WC and TV and wifi.
. 4 - La Loge du Berger: 1 bed of 140*190, private shower room, WC and TV and wifi.
Upstairs, a Chalet-style family room made up of two rooms: 1 140*190 bed and 2 90*190 beds. Bathroom with WC and TV and wifi
Electric heating and storage in each bedroom.
All rooms are equipped with a courtesy tray .
The cottageChez Rouchon on the 1st floor is independent, consisting of a kitchen with a lounge area with a sofa bed BZ, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 * 190 and a trundle bed (2 beds of 90 * 190) as well as a a bathroom, WC and TV and wifi.
